Delete your account

1. Delete in the app

• Sign in to the 3Burchak app.
• Open the Profile section.
• Under “Account” or “Account & security”, choose “Delete account”.
• Review the information and tap “Yes, delete my account”.

2. Request without the app

If you cannot sign in, email support@3burchak.uz with your registered phone number, or contact us through the @the3Burchak_bot Telegram bot. We will send a code to your phone to confirm ownership. Requests are completed within 30 days.

A parent or legal guardian may request deletion of a minor child’s account in the same way.

3. What is deleted

• Full name, phone number, profile photo, date of birth and Telegram link.
• Student, parent and teacher profiles and their PIN codes.
• Links between parent and child accounts.
• Homework photos, uploaded files and chat conversations are detached from your identity and erased within the period stated in the Privacy Policy (30 days).
• Sign-in sessions on every device.

4. What is kept

• Payment and subscription records are kept in anonymised form for the period required by law.
• Security logs are kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
• A subscription bought through a store must be cancelled separately in Google Play or App Store settings; deleting the account does not stop the subscription automatically.
